Helping peoplemove importantwork forward.

I bring structure to meaningful work—clarifying priorities, coordinating moving parts, and applying a design-minded lens so processes and handoffs are easier for people to understand and deliver.

01 / The work I want to do

Important work should be easier to understand and easier to deliver.

Mission-driven organizations often have no shortage of purpose. The strain appears when limited capacity, competing priorities, and unclear handoffs make the work harder than it needs to be.

02 / What I bring

Structure that serves the people doing the work.

01

Operations coordination

I coordinate records, materials, priorities, and handoffs so day-to-day work moves from intake to completion with clarity and consistency.

02

Project coordination

I help make the plan visible—what needs to happen, who owns it, what comes next, and how people stay aligned as conditions change.

03

Human-centered clarity

My background in design, UX, and human-centered design helps me notice friction and make processes, communication, and tools easier to understand and use.

03 / Experience, connected

Different settings. One consistent way of helping.

My experience spans operations, project coordination, team and retail management, freelance design, UX, and human-centered design.

Dell/Ford PC Renewal is one practical example—not the whole story. Across each setting, I have helped bring structure to details, clarity to communication, and dependable follow-through to work with moving parts.

Organize

Bring structure to the details.

Inventory, records, materials, priorities, and daily responsibilities all move more reliably when the work is visible and organized.

Coordinate

Help people stay aligned.

Team-facing roles have strengthened how I communicate expectations, clarify ownership, respond to change, and support follow-through.

Clarify

Make the work easier to use.

Design and UX experience helps me recognize confusion, improve communication, and make processes more understandable for the people inside them.

The common thread

My settings have varied, but the purpose has remained consistent: help people navigate complexity and move meaningful work forward.

04 / How I work

Look.See.Build.

Looking notices the work. Seeing recognizes what could be clearer. Building turns that understanding into practical progress.

01

Understand the real work.

Listen to the people closest to it. Notice where information gets lost, where ownership becomes unclear, and where the process creates unnecessary strain.

02

Make the moving parts visible.

Bring priorities, owners, timing, decisions, and dependencies into a shared view people can understand.

03

Coordinate for momentum.

Connect people, communication, and next steps while protecting the human side of the work.

04

Strengthen what comes next.

Keep what works, simplify what does not, and build a clearer way forward.

05 / Purpose & redemptive imagination

Helping others is not beside the work. It is the reason for it.

My purpose—and one of my clearest gifts—is helping people find a way forward.

I care about work that restores dignity, creates possibility, and helps people flourish—especially children and teens facing trauma, exploitation, or difficult circumstances.

Redemptive imagination means looking honestly at what is, seeing what could be, and helping build what matters most. It shapes the organizations I want to serve and the way I approach problems within them.

06 / Nonprofit in development

Building a place where wonder can return.

Great Wonder Awakening is an emerging nonprofit I am actively building to help vulnerable young people rediscover safety, hope, and possibility.

Great Wonder Awakening

Great Wonder Awakening is a vision for helping children and teens affected by trauma, exploitation, or difficult circumstances rediscover safety, hope, and possibility. Through creativity, play, caring relationships, and supportive experiences, it seeks to nurture the wonder and potential already within each young person.

Awakening the world through the wonder within.
